These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of angulimart.shop ("AnguliMart", "the Platform"), operated by Ankit Maurya from Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order or become a seller.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Products and pricing
Product descriptions, images and prices are provided by AnguliMart or by independent sellers. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that content is always error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing or suspected fraud, and refund the amount paid.
5. Sellers
Sellers are independent third parties responsible for the accuracy of their listings, quality of products, packaging and timely dispatch. AnguliMart collects a commission on each sale as agreed in the Seller Agreement.
6. Prohibited use
- No unlawful, infringing or offensive content.
- No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt the Platform.
- No fraudulent transactions or misuse of payment methods.
7. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos and content on the Platform are the property of AnguliMart or the respective rights holders. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnguliMart is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.
